About the Procedure
A patient from Germany traveled to Istanbul to undergo a hair transplant procedure at Best Clinic Istanbul, based on a strong recommendation from a colleague who had previously achieved excellent results at our clinic. His decision was influenced by trust in our medical team and the clinic’s experience in Sapphire FUE hair transplant procedures in Turkey.
On arrival, the patient was welcomed at the airport and transferred to the clinic for his initial medical evaluation. Blood tests were performed to ensure there were no medical contraindications before proceeding with the treatment, particularly to rule out any viral or health conditions that could affect the procedure or healing process.
On the second day, the patient underwent a detailed consultation and frontal hairline design session with Dr. Yasem. A total of approximately 4,800 grafts were extracted using the Sapphire FUE technique, with around 65% implanted in the frontal area to restore the hairline, while the remaining grafts were placed in the crown area to improve overall density. The procedure lasted approximately 6.5 hours under local anesthesia and was completed with precision to ensure a natural and balanced result.

Medical Journey
After the procedure, the patient remained under observation at the clinic for 2–3 hours to ensure stable recovery before being discharged back to his hotel. His condition was carefully monitored, and he was provided with all necessary post-operative instructions for safe healing after his hair transplant in Istanbul.
On the third day, he returned to the clinic for a follow-up control and first hair washing session. During this visit, he received detailed guidance on post-transplant care, including how to use shampoos, solutions, and supplements correctly to support graft survival and hair growth.
A complete medical care package was provided, including vitamins, supportive syrups, and a structured aftercare plan to enhance healing. The patient also received long-term post-operative support instructions and assurance regarding his results. On the final day, he was safely transferred to the airport, completing a smooth and well-organized 3-day medical journey in Istanbul.
